On a personal note:
I am an Arizona Native, having lived in Arizona for 35 years~ in Tucson since 1994.  I currently serve on the Tucson Association of Realtors Property Management Committee and am a member of the Green Committee of TAR.  As a member of the Steering Committee I helped to develop the Miles Neighborhood Plan- near the University of AZ where I own and managed my own rental property. I have owned and lived in the Blenman-Elm Historic Neighborhood, adjoining Sam Hughes, for a number of years.  I have also lived and owned  in the Catalina Foothills, so I know these areas very well.

Prior to entering real estate as a second career IN 2004, my professional background was in women's health care (RN, NP, CNM)  and as such I KNOW how to listen and individualize client needs! For many years I practiced as a nurse-midwife but still had my own real estate to manage plus remodeling projects to oversee, so officially becoming a Realtor was not a far leap. It was a good choice!  Due to my background, I truly know how to honor confidentiality, communicate with sensitivity, and also be direct in representing the needs of my clients whether they are buying or selling.
